Billy Skiles didn't start his career selling insurance. He spent more than 30 years working inside the healthcare system, with roles spanning direct patient care, patient advocacy, and training healthcare professionals on compliance standards. That background gave him something most insurance agents simply don't have: a real understanding of what happens after someone picks a plan.


When a client asks about network coverage or out-of-pocket costs, Billy's perspective comes from years of watching patients deal with those realities firsthand. He's seen what good coverage looks like in practice and what happens when gaps go unnoticed. That experience is what drove him to found Brightline Benefit Solutions, where he could put everything he'd learned to work helping people make confident, informed insurance decisions.


Billy is a Texas Licensed agent for All Lines Health and Life, a Texas Notary Public, and a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. He serves individuals and families across the Dallas/Fort Worth area, specializing in Medicare Advantage, ACA health insurance, life insurance, and annuities.
